I AM NOT AN INFLUENCER. But, when I find a product or service I am passionate about, I want to share the good news.
I met the family-run business at the Las Vegas Pickleball Expo, maybe in 2023? In the hunt for a pickleball-specific court shoe and, surprisingly, Acacia was the only shoe vendor at the show.
My “E” size is not a totally weird fit, but, I want to try some shoes on before I purchased, which is the crap shoot of Amazon or other online vendors. The grandson (young man) was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I ended up ordering the bright orange “Tyler” mostly for the color. I normally wear a size 10 but ended up with a 10.5 just to accommodate the width. The Tyler was a great introduction to the Acacia product line and then with a sales coupon I ended up buying the Proshot (Royal) in a size 10, and I LOVE THIS SHOE! I play 20-30 hours a week and this shoe is as comfortable as bedroom slippers but with all the traction and support I need in a court shoe. And, I love the color as well!
4 months later another BOGO email blast arrived, but I noticed some new models like the “FreshShot” and the “Clearshot” and I actually ordered a 9.5 size in the FreshShot. Leila from Acacia called me to confirm my shipping address, and she also noticed that this was a smaller size and wanted to confirm that. We probably spent 15 minutes on the phone discussing my fit, etc. and she ended up shipping a size 10 based on my sales history.
Once I received the shoes quickly from Temecula, they were gorgeous but definitely more robust than my ProShots. I wore them a couple of times, and they were a tad bigger in this design, but again I had 100% confidence we would figure out a solution.
I noticed on the Acacia website they have an Ambassador program, so I applied immediately because I love the shoes, I respect a smaller family-owned business and the customer service is fantastic and very personable!
Now, as an official Acacia Ambassador, I can offer anyone a 10% discount from their store with the code and button below. Feel free to reach out to me with ANY questions, and certainly reach out to Acacia. Supporting small business is important these days but wearing high-quality but affordable court shoes is equally important!
